Goal
1. Eat at meals until I am 3/4 full
2. Eat mostly plants (including reasonable amounts of whole grains, red wine, & dark chocolate!)
3. Only eat half of any meal that is "dinner" (go to bed empty)
4. Fully enjoy three bites of anything that is a treat
5. Lift weights


Abbreviations: WW-whole wheat HM-homemade LO-left over dd-dear daughter (dh-dear husband, and so on)



my notes
lovely passover last night (pile of dirty dishes today) dd back on the train to college this am
time to switch 100% to spring eating (monday's snow notwithstanding) that means whole grains, greens such as sorrel & dandelion, maybe some fruit

1 slice sprouted wheat bread
green tea


lunch
large salad


snacks
am: ok 1 leftover cream puff (1 oz) - I made it & nutin' but good stuff in it


dinner
veggie burger on
half ww bun
