Got 3 inches of lovely, fluffy, snow here. Had a conflict so did not make the 8 am yoga class. With the snow, nearby parking is impossible anyway. So counted my half hour of shoveling, instead. My diet planner says only 160 cal burned - but half hour was all I needed to get everything cleared.
Scale said 151.2 this am. I'll report here on what I'm doing right --- after I'm sure I really believe it
Total for today about 1100 cal
30 min shoveling snow, plus a couple of my favorite yoga twists
same old: toast, bacon, clementine, tea, chocolate
HM barley mushroom soup, wasa bread w hummus & sprouts, trail mix w seeds & choc chips
last of the barley soup, 4 triscuits
oven roasted yam, brussels sprouts, red pepper.
2 bites of the sausage I included for dh
10 choco chips
