I will eat healthy. I am focusing on realistic portions and choosing not to consume, multiple deserts and/or excessive snacking/grazing.
In my heart of hearts I know I can do this.
Motto: “a healthy routine”
Working on making eating and exercising a smooth easy part of my life style while simultaneously not obsessing over food and rarely feeling satisfied.
New Year’s resolution 2012: stretch every day
Mantra 2012: “release and let go what will not serve my highest good while opening myself (heart, mind eyes and ears) to new possibilities and opportunities”
Day of rest workout wise . . . had a good workout w/ the personal trainer and ran at 6.5 on the treadmill for a mile after and that is a lot faster than I usually run usually at the 5.5-6.0 range.
My hamstrings actually feel better AFTER the workout.
