I'm 5'3" and pretty muscular and broad shouldered with a wrist width that would indicate at least medium boned. I'm in Rockin Bod, Christian 50+ glals, inspiring and perspiring, & was in Christian Women Unite! Belong to Progress not Perfection.
Strength goals: Body is falling apart. Just want to be normal.
walked to Starbucks (1/4 mile? maybe?)
coffee, coconut cream
coconut milk latte (definitely had sugar in it... )
nuts, apple/mango bar, 2 hard boiled eggs, salad
steak, veggies (raw and grilled), tiny sip of champagne, whipped butter, salad, cake
