im following the 21 day fix
gym - 1/2 hour free weights for chest, shoulder,s back and abs
1/2 hour on treadmill
2 eggs, 5 asparagus spears, grated cheese - (omelet)
2 c water
shrimp, succhini, boiled potato, coconut oil
2 c water
am - uncle sams cereal with cream, canteloupe 2 c water
pm - 1 tangerine, 2 c water
