Goal


my ultimate goal is to someday compete in a bodybuilding contest

THERE COMES A POINT WHEN YOU HAVE TO STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND START MAKING CHANGES!!!!!


my notes
im following the 21 day fix


workout
gym - 1/2 hour free weights for chest, shoulder,s back and abs

1/2 hour on treadmill


breakfast
2 eggs, 5 asparagus spears, grated cheese - (omelet)

2 c water


lunch
shrimp, succhini, boiled potato, coconut oil

2 c water


snacks
am - uncle sams cereal with cream, canteloupe 2 c water

pm - 1 tangerine, 2 c water


dinner
