ok - today is the first day of the new year and the first day of the rest of my life - i WILL hit goal this year
today i start the year at 148.2 - my goal for january is to get into the 130's (did it!)
my goal for february is to get into the 120's (didnt make it but hit it in march) - goal for end of march is to be in the 1 teens
my long term goal is to hit my goal by my birthday which is may 21 - my short term goal is to lose 2 lbs a week - with 38 lbs to lose that should get me to goal by may 13 a week b4 my birthday
