Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

Big salad with cucumbers, beets, greens, avocado, grilled chicken. Homemade gf banana bread with butter

Skinny pop pop corn, pineapple yogurt. Gf banana bread with butter.
