Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

workout
motivating to x-country ski. Skied for 2 hours and it was great!! I am sore

yogurt with blueberries and banana with coconut


lunch
almond butter and rasp jam on gf rye bread. clementine


snacks
coffee milk from the farm


dinner
black bean and sweet potato stew with cheese. blueberries. yogurt with jam. white wine
