I want to get under 150, and preferably under 140 and stay there. I'm still chipping away at my 50 state running project. Now the travel is getting to be the most challenging part.
Cancer put a temporary detour into my roadmap, but now that I'm coming out of this mess, I'll be back to my 50-state running project. I gained weight on purpose for my reconstruction, and now I've lost 10 -- 30 to go...

Yesterday, I snacked more than I intended, and ended up eating about 200 more calories than I burned. I've been doing so well lately, I'm not too concerned. Just get back on track today!
I need to run (still not more than 1/2 mile) on the treadmill, and I'm seriously behind on strength training.
