need to get a handle on my carb eating, today has been bad, starting to feel like i'm getting a cold

wasn't that hungry based on the 2 breakfasts so i went to get lunch but ate it at 2
salad:
romaine, sweet potatoes, grilled chicken, pecans, tomatoes, cucumbers, with lemon thyme dressing.
Free breakfast at work (i know do i need 2 breakfasts?
half a sesame bagel, half a raisin bagel with whipped cream cheese and half a bagel, coffee with 2 cremes and sugar
not sure, i have a tabling event so wont get to eat till later, i may go out though
