How big should my thighs be???

Can't find any real answer to this anywhere. I am 5'8" tall, how big should my upper thighs be? They are about 22 now and seem huge. Lots of skin there from weight loss but i refuse to do plastic surgery. Any tips on how big they should be and how to get there would be great! Thank you!

I don't know if there's really a set thigh size for people. Everybody and every BODY is different. I was a dancer for most of my young life and I love how strong and muscular my legs are. I wouldn't want little bird legs! But some people prefer the aesthetic of smaller legs and that's okay too.

Another thing to look at is your mom. How big are your mom's legs? Or her mom's? Or your dad's mom's? Genetic plays a role in body shape, composition, and your ability to gain muscle. My body is nothing like my mom's, but is exactly like my paternal grandmother's when she was my age.

Strengthening both my quads and hamstrings made a huge difference on my thigh toning. I do a lot of weighted squats, bench step-ups, and straight leg dead lifts. Also, cardio involving lateral (side to side) movement, like tennis, has toned my adductors and abductors.

You probably won't find any answers out there b/c there are no SHOULDS.

If your thighs are 22 inches and you're 5'8", that sounds great, but okay, you don't like how they look? Then dress to play up what you DO like about your body. Don't wear things, no matter if they are totally IN right now, that accentuate what you do not like about your body. All clothes weren't meant for ALL bodies. If you dress to suit your body you'll look killer.
