I'm Just starting this site and would love support and am ready to give support to anyone who wants it! I am a firm believer that beauty isn't judged by the size of your dress it's by how you act in it.(though being healthy is nice too)

The two of you need to seriously make your mission to check out groups and teams, or even make your own. The ablility to go to a site and share, watch other's journey --good and bad.. is the best....
Check the teams and groups out, if they are not for you leave and try another. Explore, you will be amazed what is out there...

I am not sure if the two you have found a site, but you really should check out progress NOT perfection 2013 -- it is an amazing group of people that offers nothing but support and the occasional gentle kick in the butt..

join teams and groups.. accountability is key for me.

progress NOT perfection

The Only Team That Matters Losing It All

two very active teams I am on both of them. I have been on PT since 2007.. amazing. full of supportive helpful people , but we hold you to your choices and your goals. after all isnt that why your here..

i started out 370 pounds. i am now in the 180s and alot of that is thanks to this site and my family here
