It's probably better than nothing. They make other chewable pills though. Perhaps you could ask your doctor for suggestions? I buy chewable Vitamin C all the time, but I take a regular-type one-a-day pill that you need to swallow. I think they're also starting to make vitamin powders that you just add to drinks too.

Vitamins

I take One a day Active. I aways hated pills and vitamins, but then started reading a lot and a friend who has lost a ton of weight says that exercise and trying to eat well is only part of it, she says the vitamins were the third trick because then her body knew it could burn the fat and not worry about storing. She advised something I had read before (Dr. Phil is a big vitamin advocate) and that was making sure your b vitamins are over 200%. Vitamin C and E are also especially important. I am a moody person, but since I started on the vitamins my husband knows when I am not taking them. I get irritable and mopy. I am not overly active, I am trying to be, but from what I have been reading as well as hearing from others it is a good way to go. On the inability to keep the pill down... my mother in law takes hers with a serving of Yoplait light... no matter what diet you are on the yogurt tastes good, and it helps it slide down more than a drink (she coats it first with the yogurt) and it pads her stomach.
