The rowing machine kicked my ass

I was on the stationary bike for 30 minutes, then I went on the tredmill and did hills and I did lunges across the gym... and I felt AWESOME... not an ache or pain. Then, it hit me! I have 5 minutes left, I should try something new.

That's right I spent 5 minutes on the rowing machine and I feel like I got in a car accident.

LOL!!!!! That's how I felt the first time I got on a treadmill!!! Give it time, your body will adjust to the different muscle work out. :b

Purty much going to have to do it on a regular basis...the agony will go away.

I row regularly...the treadmill would probably kill me!
