?Calorie Calculators?
I've tried several of these on different sites and they give me a wide variety of how many calories I should consume a day. I'm 5'9 and weigh 131 and I want to know how much I need to eat to stay that weight. How can I find out for sure?

I found a site yesterday and it was great. You have to sign in but its free. Its called www.thedailyplate.com and it factors in everything. It told me exactly how many calories to eat to lose 2 pounds a week. If you add excercise in you can lose more and it calculates everything for you.

I like the calorie wiki here, I like reading what people have to say about things.

8:32- have you tried using the calorie range they provided? Just seems very high to me. I have been below that range and have not lost ONE POUND since X-mas week. It is sooooo frustrating so I thought I'd log in there to get a better idea and it tells me 1542 cals for the day. I eat right around 1200 or so and exercise and am not losing anything. (please don't tell me I'm not eating enough and going into "starvation mode" already tried upping it and that didn't work either!
