Body heating up!

I love to workout and have lost a lots of pounds! But, after my workouts my body is really heating, my eyes and nose are burning and am feeling tired b'cuz of the heat! I do drink a lot of water but is not working
Any suggestion?

How old are you? Hot flashes increase with exercise (really with anything that speeds up your metabolism). The good news is the better in shape you are, the less intense the hot flashes. If you aren't experiencing hot flashes I don't know what could be causing this.
