We have a 1999 Lexus RX 300. We've owned it since it was new and we LOVE it!!! We recently had to buy another car and were sure we'd buy a second RX, but ended up going with a crossover (Hyundai Veracruz) for the additional row of seats. I have nothing bad to say about the Lexus, but we actually love our Veracruz 100 time more... And didn't think it was possible to love anything more than the Lexus. Hope this helps.
P.S. If you can get past the Hyundai name, check out a Veracruz!

I have a Lexus RX330, the nest model after the 300. I absolutely love it! Mine gets pretty decent gas mileage for a small SUV, 18/25, it handles nicely and I love the turning radius. AThe turning radius on the 300 is a lot bigger. I love the safety of it and the ride and that it is pretty zippy. My one complaint is that I wish it had a V8 in it so it was faster. But oh well. I did a lot of research before buying and this was by far one of the safest out there in the class. Oh and the Lexus nav system is by far the best!

9;52 your such an idiot for even wasting your time reading this thread and commenting the way you did, I bet you'll even be back to see if you got a response to your comment. Here on PT is an open forum to get info of all kinds. If someone wants to ask a reasonable question that maybe a lot of people could answer why not ask it here? No harm done and she got some feed back. Not everything here is diet/exercise related.

5:37 Don't you watch and read and compare reviews? The Corolla may be made by the same company but it is not built the same at all. Different, engine, torque, different platform, completely different handling, gas mileage and fuel. Everything about it is different and thats pretty easy to read. Just compare them side by side. The quality of the materials are different as well.

10:55 here actually I don't even own a Lexus 300 but I was hunting for a new smaller SUV not long ago and the 300 or 330 was one I researched. Along with 4 others. I did own a toyota camry a few years back though, which is the big toyota then the corolla.. I also test drove the corolla when I was looking previously, so I know a lot of info about toyota camry's and corollas and also the lexus 300/330. They are not built the same at all. There is a huge difference between almost everything, engine, torque, handling, fuel, mileage, even the platform they are built on. You just can't compare either of them. And anyone who would clearly hasn't researched or doesn't have knowledge about either or they wouldn't have said what 5:37 said.

I don't need an overpriced, brand name car to make me feel better - I just like driving and riding in luxury cars a whole lot better!

Hey, how's it going? Each car has a VIN number in the engine compartment, on the chassis and on individual plates. If I'm not mistaken, it consists of 17 digits. I once used check a vin for free, before buying a new car. You can view this service here. It is quite simple, but it seems to show all the necessary information.
