Try to cut back. If you drink 5 a day, try to get down to 3, then to 2, then 1. Then 1 every other day.

Think of things to replace them like green tea or sugar-free hot chocolate. If I need sugar, I like have just an ounce of fruit juice diluted with plenty of water.

try celsius energy drink.
it does have alot of caffeine in it but it has alot of good vitamins for you, as well as ginger and egcg (from green tea). it comes in gingerale and cola flavors (and three others), is 10 calories, and burns 100 for you! it's really great. you can find it online, at gyms, and places like the vitamin shoppe.

Better to drink sparkling mineral water. It is the same as soda without the additivies. Good Luck!
