Fat smash diet question: Can't get past day 3 on phase I

I've tried a few times but I breakdown on like day 3 The last time I had 6 donuts in one sitting. And it's like I weigh more than ever before. Is it worth it? Has anyone really done this and been successful. Help!!

I'm sure you'll hear from many, many people who did great on Fat Smash, and any time you can remove sugary, fat laden foods from your diet - it's worth it!

If you can't get through stage 1, try doing just 2 days of it and then going on to stage 2. You probably haven't fully broken the sugar habit, but stage 2 is certainly a better option than 6 donuts!

you can do it!

try getting creative and finding alternatives. like I make the oat meal muffins. they are bread like and sweet and satisfy my urge . I also allow myself a small dark choc square. I found sweetners like agave syrup and stevia to make things to replace sugar. I am on phase 4 now and I still use alot of the things I used on phase 1. I like them now and they are much healthier for me than sugar.

I worked at a choc shop while doing the fat smash so I know about temptations I had cheese cakes, cinnamon rolls, you name it. I would take my oat muffins.. fruit is unlimited. pop some grapes or banans in the freezer.. they are yummy frozen.

banan peeled and frozen with skim milk and a lil vanilla satisfies sweet cravings as well.

there are so many thing you can do and after all detox is only 9 days.. you can do anything for nine days if it will be good for you in the long run..

another thing you can do is plan a special meal for the day detox is over. a nice piece of meat, with sweet potatoes and veggies.. and have a dessert if you want but try just taking three bites. I find after that its mindlessly eating for me..

dont give up.. I lost 7 1/2 pounds the first detox and as of today I have lost a total of 22 pounds following the plan..

if you are having problems resisting foods may I suggest you check out the beck diet solution to go with the fat smash plan.. it helps you rethink your relationship with food.

I know how hard to lose weight is and stay with it. I started out on this journey weighing 370.. I am now 179.. my goal is 145.. baby steps= big goals.. dont get frustrated with yourself.. just get back on the wagon and make the next choice a healthy one.. you can do this.. your on pt which means you have the desire and with pt you have the means and support to reach your goal..

my user name is lynneta if I can help in any way.. look me up.. good luck I hope some of this helps..

keep going! you can do this we all can together.
