How much do you fluctuate in your weight?
I weigh myself every day, not because I'm pyscho, but to keep me grounded and to really pay attention to my weight.
It seems as though I fluctuate a lot, at the beginning of the week, I weighed 137, it dropped to 132, and now is up to 135.
I weigh myself everyday and have consistent bowel movements, I know, TMI, but what gives??

I used to weigh myself 3 to 4 times a day, and my weight would fluctuate throughout the day up to 5 pounds.
Look at what you've eaten the day before. If you had a lot of salty food, it's probably water retention. If you've worked your muscles within the last couple of days, it's probably additional muscle weight.
Sometimes, there is no rhyme or reason for the weight fluctuations. That's why I try to weigh myself just once or twice a week. Because my emotions would fluctuate in reverse to the weight fluctuations. I've come to the conclusion that weekly weigh-ins during my loss stage and daily weigh-ins during my maintenance stage is probably best.

OP I have the exact same issue!!
I still weigh myself everyday, but give little credit to it. I have to gauge myself by what I am eating and ho wmuch I work out, b/c my weight is just not steadily declining.
