It'll happen right after new years. Lots of people join and everyone seems motivated. I think right now people have a "just get through the holidays" mentallity.

9.53 - what sort of encouragement do you need?

10:18 - So true. As the year goes by, PT seems less and less active, both with posting and advice. Summer was awful. It was as if all my teams and groups just gave up. I'm excited to benefit from the New Year's boost when it comes!!
