reasonable inches loss?

my current measurements are

height: 5'8
waist: 29.5
hips: 40
thighs: 24.5

i want to be

waist: 26/27
hips: 36
thighs: 20-22 [i dont know a good measurement for this that won't make my legs look "chickeny"

how many inches a month is a reasonable goal? i know that it's generally about 1-2 lbs per week, etc. but what about inches and body measurements?

thanks in advance!

I find an inch equals about 5lb/6lb for me, but I'm only 5ft2 so I'd say 6lb/7lb for you perhaps.
