With my success from the past in loosing 50lbs, I created this group to share with others how I educated myself on what I was eating and how it was affecting my body. To loose weight and eat healthy nutritious foods is not done overnight, it takes understanding to realize you are worth more than the junk you might be putting into your body. Don't commit to a diet, don't commit to a work out, commit to a better LIFESTYLE.
