OT _ Statue of Liberty

This is so off topic, I apologize! It's also a long story. My son's school has a decorated pumpkin display in the library. We found a cool branch that would perfect as a "natural" torch for the Statue of Liberty. We thought we could use sticks to have a natural symbol of the spikes on her crown. Here is the question, though, I have never been to NY to see Lady Liberty and even though I have googled many pictures, I can't really tell what color she is. I would like to maybe spray paint our pumpkin the same color and need ideas for the book that she holds, too. Anyone who has seen her or from NY able to help us? Thanks.

The statue is pretty much the same greey-bue-grey (sorry if that doesn't help!) from the oxidised copper that you see in the googled images. The tablet she's holding has July 4, 1776 written in Roman numerals on it, so I suppose that would be easy enough with twigs. Not sure what to make tablet out of though!

Wow thanks for all of your help. I didn't know if anyone would really take me seriously so thanks so much. We went to the hardware store and ended up getting the only color that was close, kind of a seafoam green. It won't be quite right but oh well. I am going to attach the poem to the bottom of the pumpkin that is on the bottom of her pedestal, too. If I am smart enough, when it's done I will try to take a picture and put it here as a link. Only if it turns out ok, though. Thanks again.

new yorker here and web designer, so hope this helps.

open up a blank new notepad file (in windows it's start>accessories>notepad)

copy and paste the following in

abcdefg

abcdefg

click "save" and in the save it onto your desktop or documents title put "item.html". double click on the file (it should like like a webpage file) and you'll see the color!

lol i thought this might be easier than trying to guess about with the colors. lol
