OT Happy Eid

Today is the last day of fasting in the month of ramadan. It was difficult especially the first few days but after that I got the hang of it. I dont think I lost any weight, probably lost muscle tone as I was not really working out. If anything I mightve gained weight, due to the onslaught of weekend events where we would meet with family and friends to open our fast. Thank you to everyone on PT for their support especially in my groups. I cant wait to get back in the gym and get back on track again.
