do you shave above the knee?

sorry for the silly question, but I wondered what "best practices" were in this area.

My mother taught me to shave from the knee down. But I reckon she learned that before skirts above the knee became all the rage.

So...ditto the previous poster.

My friend is incredibly blonde and fair and thin haired...she just shaves up to the knee..the hair above her knee is like slightly longer fuzz

No I don't shave at all -- used to when I was younger but as I got older the hair got thinner, lighter, and spaced much farther apart. Now you can barely tell that I even have hair growing on my legs so why shave it? PS - I'm 40, started shaving when I was 13 and stopped when I was 36.

I don't - my hair is so fine and thin that you can't see it unless you're really looking for it. Below the knee though it's thick and coarse - wierd...

why are there so many silly topics like this on Pt when we should be talking about ways to eat healthy and trim fat?
