How many calories do I need if I'm 140 and want to lose 10 pounds?
I'm a small to medium build. I want to lose 10 pounds. I'm a 140 pounds and I'm 5'4. Well, I'd like to lose 15 pounds but I'd be ok with losing 10 pounds. Thanks!!!!!!

It just depends,
It all depends on what you have been eating, how much you exercise, what you do during the rest of your day. Just start reducing a couple of things from your diet here and there, maybe workout an extra 5 or 10 minutes, little things can help you lose weight, but whatever you do I recommend not calorie counting its too confining, but if that is what you have been doing, by all means continue.

caoric intake
I am new to Peertrainer and was just reading a bunch of blogs and was wondering how do you figure out what your caloric intake should be if you want to lose weight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
