Should you puch yourself to workout when you feel sick?

I think I might be getting a cold and have a sore throat and feel sluggish should I work out or wait till I feel better?

I would probably suggest waiting. Working out will only further drag you down. If you really want to try to workout I would say something lite like Yoga or Pilates on a basic level.

No, you should not. This will push the virus through your system faster than your system is prepared for, which could make you puke or pass out. It will kill your chances of maintaining your usual activities like going to work/school or staying awake to take care of your kids. Seriously.

It's sort of okay to "sweat it out" once you're over the hump and getting better - it can speed up the recovery if you're smart about it and time it right (like the 2nd day you're clearly feeling better).
