A new idea for motivation - maybe others want to join in?
With school starting our schedules are crazy and nothing has been getting done around my house. I haven't exercised for months since I started working full-time and my jeans don't fit. I need to do something!!
I found this great website to organize everyone's chores - **FREE** - www.payjr.com and track allowances for doing those chores. I'm sitting here this evening getting everyone in my family - including hubby & I set up on here.
A thought occurred to me as I was adding exercise onto my list of things - what a GREAT way to motivate myself to get moving and/or drink water, eat healthy, etc. Any $$ amount can be assigned and basically any of your goals can be added to the list as a "chore". So if you have a goal to drink 8 glasses of water everyday you can add it in. You can print a weekly calendar and tick things off on paper and then tick things off online - the system adds the $$ due to you for getting it done.
I'd LOVE to know if there's others that want to start a team and start using this "chores" list for our weightloss journeys.
I'm not feeling very creative at the moment for a team name so someone think of some names and we can set one up. If there's some interest to try this.
