a tip for those who have started to run and develop heel pain- you have to stretch your calves like crazy.

I started walking and developed plantar fasciitis and it has given me pain for more than a year. So yes, yes, yes, always stretch before running or walking.

ice is also awesome. of course place a rag or cloth around the ice pack first before placing it on your skin.
