Lose weight before your wedding day

Whether you are the bride, mother-of-the bride or groom or attending a wedding and want to look great for the big day...this is the group from you. Especially, if you just sent out your invitations! :) LOL. I only have 61 days! HELP!

Lets kick it in to high gear and support each other. We all want to look smash!

hi there, I have about 100 days to my wedding. I get a married 1 Dec. I do want to look great for the day. II'll be seeing relatives I haven't seen since I was a teenager and meeting some of my fiances relatives for the first time. So i want to shine! I'm aiming to tone up and firm up some jiggly bits as we are getting married at a resort on the beach and family and friends will be staying on with us for our honeymoon. I don't want to scare myself or any marine life when I put on my bathers!! :) lol I'm making a concerted effort to lose about 7 kg. I've joined the new view team on a 90 day challenge, am walking an hour every day, watching what i am eating and am focussing on my big day and how i want to feel walking down the aisle. This is day 2. At present, my dress looks good, (i think that A lines look good on just about everyone) but could look better. I need to have it altered but i'm putting it off to see how much i can have it taken in. Invites are going out the end of this week as I have relatives that will need to fly from interstate (I live in Queensland Australia). Its really exciting. You have a great day too!!

Congrats. I'm so glad to see someone respond. We are in the same boat, in the same time frame. We can do this! I love that you have a sense of humor too. That is important when losing weight. You have to be able to laugh at yourself.

Hi there. Had a good day thanks :). I'm really determined to follow this thing through. Keep thinking about how good it will feel to walk down the aisle knowing that I've done everything within my power to look great on the day(apart from radical surgery or a body double :) ...just joking) Worked out its about 85 days to go, not 100. Stayed up last night and finally got the invites finished...a scrap booker, I'm not, but they look good any way :). just thinking, what does your gown look like? How are the wedding plans Fantastic to have someone else in the same boat! I'll definitely be staying on the link. Have a wonderful day. Lee-Anne
