Cardio exercises???

What is the best type of cardio exercise? I find I get bored easily. I love yoga but I do too much resistance and not enough cardio, have recently started body combat but need to find something else that is cardio based. Suggestions?

Anything you like to do that gets your heart-rate up. Some of the biggest calorie burners:

Running, walking briskly, biking, swimming, jumping rope, dancing, boxing, tennis, cross-country skiiing, elliptical machine, rowing, step aerobics
