fitday.com, "international food" help?

How do users of fitday.com deal with "international foods" ? For example, right now I'm munching on some of my mommy's moussaka (greek)...I was lucky to find it online, but sometimes I'm not that lucky...how do I count them?

Well-the way I count calories w/ anything is to look up all the individual ingredients separately, then calculate how much was used in the total batch, and then divide by how many portions it made. Not every moussaka (or any other dish for that matter!) will have the exact same ingredients or amounts and calories will vary from dish to dish. Ask you mother for the recipe, and then get to work!

calorieking.com is another great site to use to calculate food calories manually. Good luck!
