Hi Ihave had great success using a rebounder- (small trampoline for jumping/ jogging) Anyone else out there using one or has used one?

i want to try this but do not want to buy a junky one. tried to do some googling to find the "best" but all i could find were flimsy-looking ones on amazon and spammish companies. OP, what kind of rebounder do you use?

Yes, I have a rebounder, specifically Al Carter's ReboundAir. It was a little more expensive but worth it. I love running on it to Paul Simon's Greatest Hits album. VERY fun. I haven't used it much this summer since I've been getting most of my cardio done outdoors but I know I'll go back to it this fall when the weather turns.

OP here- sorry I forgot to check the thread after I wrote... I have an old rebounder, but is is high quality if it has survived being out in the rain etc. I have mine out on my deck which my neighbors can't see so I am enjoying being out doors while doing it. I am not sure of the kind of rebounder it is, but it works.
