Some sugar free puddings are 50 cal
I use this for breakfast quite a bit but it would be a good desert too-
1 lg pkg Jello
Heat 1 C water
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 c cold water then add your hot water.
Add 1 C yogurt. Plain or flavored the same as your jello
Mix all ingredients together. Add a fruit.
Then you can taste it and add maybe 1/2 cup more water if needed.
I like to use strawberry because the strawberries are only 5 calories each. When I am finished the whole thing is only 200 caclories. So you can have 4 good size servings for only 50 calories each.

I don't usually have desert but have fruit instead. Most of the time a variety of it, almost like a fruit salad but not mixed together.

I tried this a couple of nights ago and really like it.
The new roarin waters from capri sun. I freeze it and then smash it up so it is like a sorbet or slushie type thing. They are 35 cal and the wild cherry is really good. Haven't tried the others.

Vitamuffin chocolate muffins- 100 calories and tastes very good. I cut mines in half because half is enough to satisfy my craving and save money. They are not cheap.

But a regular ice cream sandwich is only 160 calories. What's the difference?
