what is your hr range when you do cardio?

i usually stay between 130 & 145 (intervals)

i know if differs with age, etc.

I'm 40 with a bmi of around 29

It's different for everyone, so it doesn't make sense to compare your HR to someone else's, even if you're the same age. You can do some research on HR zone training.

I agree-everyone's maximum HR is different (those "standard" formula's are usually wrong) and comparing yours to other's won't give you an idea really where you stand. The "fat burning zone" is pretty broad and it looks like you're in it.

thanks for the info... yes I know vereyone is different and I didn't really want to compare it to mine... just was curious about what range others stay in - very low - or higher... etc.

Spin class: 140-160
