Help with FSD detox phase.

For some reason, I can't do it! I keep getting today 3-4, and getting sick. My head hurts...I feel dizzy, etc. Anyone else have this problem?

I couldn't take that diet either. I found it too restrictive. You are probably not eating enough and thats causing the hunger pains and dizzyness. If you can't seem to make it following that one do what I did and just alter the plan to fit your likes and dislikes. I wound up losing 20lbs when I did that.

are you one that drinks coffee or alot of coke.. if so it may be caffeeine withdrawl. Im on phase 3, but I dont drink coffee, but some of my team mates had headaches for the first few days.. they subsided after that.

you may just have to let your body adjust to going off the caffeeine.. after though I bet you will enjoy the plan. I have lost over 17 pounds. I love it.

I am 37 pounds from goal now I will keep smashing, but like the other poster said.. they couldnt do the fat smash . you have to find whats right for you. I am just saying what I think about it. I have not been hungry. I have tried new foods and such.. its wonderful. I guess having a wicked team helps. they are always there to answer questions and give support.. Im with FAT SMASHERS UNITE. come join us!

I did detox twice...once when I started the diet and once when I came back from vacation. Both times I got headaches I think were due to sugar withdrawal. They went away by day three though. If this plan isn't for you, there are a ton you can do. Or you could even pick another phase to start out it, it is still really healthy eating. Good luck!
