CrossFit Training

Has anyone heard of CrossFit training? I like the concept mainly because of the program that is geared for all levels and the program incorporates the website to let your schedule be very flexible. Check it out:

A male friend of mine started training like that - seems to work best for people who want to go from being average-fit to being super-fit without spending 2 hours a day in the gym. It's extremely efficient and extremely challenging, and it attracts the muscle-obsessed.

I do crossfit and love it

I got burned out on running, then bodypump and spinning, then my own workouts. It's really great. I created a group called "Crossfit or Paleo" and you are more than welcome to check it out (although I may be two years late)
