Need help with my scale

I am having a problem with my scale. If my scale moves even an inch on the floor, my weight fluctuates by up to 3lbs, I even saw 8lbs once. I wanted to make sure my scale was accurate so I put 13lbs worth of my hand weights on it. It read 13.5lbs. However, if I moved the scale, it read 13.5lbs no matter where it was, but my weight still yo-yo'd. Is this because my floors are uneven, or do I need a better scale? I thought I bought a good one. I know weight isn't everything but I want to know my weight because I am close to a 100lb loss, or so I think! Thanks

If it didn't change when you moved it around with the weights on it, there's probably nothing wrong with it. Maybe YOU fluctuated a fw pounds? [sorry.]

i used to weigh myself in three places and get the average...then i just bought a new scale...that seemed to fix the problem. Sometimes when you lean a certain way, or dont stand in the middle it could fluctuate- but my scale shows you if you are doing that.

OP Here

4:52, I'm sorry I wasn't clear. When I moved the scale it was within a matter of 2 minutes, so I don't think I would have fluctuated 3 lbs in two minutes.

4:54. what scale did you buy?
