Following Dr. Gott's No Flour No Sugar Diet Plan

What is this plan? Can you eat fruit? No bread? I don't think I could do that long term

Actually, many of us find that going grain free is even better than going wheat free. And it's not as hard as one thinks, if they're actually more interested in being healthy than eating by habit.
I rarely eat bread, and I don't really miss it. When I do have it, it's a nut loaf or a flax loaf (both grain free)- it's not much like real bread, but guests always like it.
