Anyone else like guacamole?

I was just thinking about avacados and I know a lot of people stay away from them because they are so high in calories. So I thought I would share my recipe, it really makes it stretch.

1 Avacado mashed
1 tomato diced fine
1/2 walla walla sweet onion diced fine. You can add more if it is to your liking. (It makes a difference. they are sweet.)
a dash of garlic powder
about a tsp of lime juice
a little salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of fat free sour cream.

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy.
You have a whole lot of guacamole for about 335 cal for the whole thing.
Based on a 300 cal avacado.

To make your taco meat stretch
I use ground chicken not beef I grind myself no skin, no fat.
Add 1/2 a package of pre cut cold slaw mix and a whole large walla walla sweet onion. Large dice (doesn't have to be a walla walla sweet for this one)
Then I dice pretty fine a zucchini and shred a carrot.
Cook all these together and season with your favorite taco seasoning
It really makes it stretch and you can hardly tell once everything is cooked that you have added all the veggies. My family loves it and it is a great way to add fiber to your diet.
