Onion High

Okay, so this has happened to me more than once, but I thought maybe someone on here may know what it is:

Sometimes when I eat too much raw onion (like in a salad or soemthign) I feel, like, high afterwards! Wtf is that? Like really, really, out of it.

Anyone else ever had this happen?

You know, that's odd you mention onions, because everytime I eat raw onion, I get a really bad headache afterwards. I don't get a "high", though. Hmm....

ok.... did a google about onion high and found myself here. fate? 1. what the heck is it about eating a raw onions? i just made an egg salad wrap and added an entire onion and could swear they get me high. not nessarily in a good way.
2. lost 85 lbs back in 2000 and kept it off 2 yrs.... they found me again. hence the egg salad lettuce wraps. but back to the onion.....found every kooko thing onions help... some must be true. but nothing about how they can make me feel a bit ...off. anyone know about this?
