Flabby Thighs

Can someone recommend an exercise for flabby inner thighs that look like jello? I hate my legs from my knees up and was wondering what I can do to change them. I am 60 yrs old, so please take that into consideration. I am not as flexible as I use to be. All I want is firmer thighs. Thank you

Hi!
It takes time to firm up anything, but the biggest key is strength training (also called resistance training or weight lifting).
Either join a gym, or buy a video.
I used to check out one TV show, too, called sit and be fit.
Or, I have a video and an exercise ball so I can do some resistance training. Try Bell's Body Ball Resistance Kit--it comes with a 30 minute video, and you can adjust the resistance and difficulty from the beginner to the very difficult without buying any new equipment.

Good luck! We're all in this together (and with you)!

I found doing leg lifts really helps but I'm not sure how to describe the actual excercise so try googleing it or something
