I start a new group for members who log daily they join and log in once

I started a new group for people in their 40's who will log and chat daily so that we can all encourage each other to succeed. Two people in their early 20's join the group and one who is in their early 30's. They've logged in one time the day they joined and haven't heard from them since. What's up with that!

I know that PT will automatically boot someone for not being active, but I do wish that the person who forms the group could have the option to boot people for being inactive. I started a group and have 2 of the other 3 logging and posting daily, but the 3rd only logs about once a week and never posts. I've been wishing I could boot her or she'd leave, but she doesn't. I just don't get why people bother signing up here if they're not going to be active participants in their own weight loss journey. *boggle*

i had that experience....it seems like if you give it enough time they'll leave and someone else will fill that spot. I do wish you could boot them on your own. also, I started a group with specific details and the people that joined had nothing to do with what I said the group was about. i'm tempted to leave the group i started!

OP... I'm almost in my 40s (39), and when I saw you advertise I went to the group, saw a 20-something and left. I have lots of younger people in other groups, but was interested in your original description. Hope it works out for you.
