Weird tip

Hey all!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Just wanted to throw out a tip, something I do when Im we(a)kending my diet.

I get in a bathing suit! Like, today, I jumped in it when I woke up. Makes me want to eat less. Weird, but works.

That's a great idea! I hate wearing bathing suits right now and I think putting one on will definitely motivate me to watch my eating through out the day.

that's a good one!

Right now, I have some cute capris hanging in the middle of my kitchen! I bought them a few months ago at a 2nd hand store and I WILL fit into them next summer, for sure!

...and after you put the swimsuit on, think about heading down to your local YMCA, gym, public pool, lake, etc., and swimming a few laps before you start your day. That'll make you feel REALLY good.

I also workout. Pssshhh. This is just on any off days (once a week) or any other times that i find myself lying around the house relaxing. That's when I snack most.

great idea. We all know what we need to do, but sometimes it is hard to just do it. The bathing suit should do the trick.
