Fat Smash Diet

I am starting the Fat Smash Diet. Can someone tell me if you can have Splenda and spray butter (0 calories, so they say)? Thanks.

I noticed in some recipes that 2 packets of Splenda is used. I think as long as you doin't go over 2 packets a day, it's fine. I've used it and I've still lost weight. It is a natural sweetener.

Actually splenda is not a natural sweetener. True it comes from sugar cane BUT it is altered and chlorinated. Long term affects are still unknown and questionable. Steivia is a natural sweetener unaltered. But a little odd and very strong in taste.

i did the fat smash diet and lost 24 lbs so far. i was actually invited on the show 'living the life' and met with dr ian smith. great guy.

i would advise staying away from splenda. i use all natural raw sugar cane. it's cheating, but i'd rather cheat on my diet then use processed chemicals.

my 2 cents anyway.
