How do i loose 35 pounds in 3-4 monthes

Ok I have a question.. how is everyone loosing 5lbs a week??? I just don't get it.

Another thing..Im 5'5 weigh 205 and I want to weigh 170-150 somewhere around in there by November, whats a good healthy way to do that, and if there is any way to get to that weight by the begining of October how would I do that. Not sure if that's exactly a good goal, but it's a nice weight to be at that time. So.. HELP! lol

Cuts your calories down to 1200, weigh your food, stop eating bad carbs and exercise at least 45 min 5x a week. But even 35 pounds in 3-4 months is a pretty irrational goal. What have you lost in the last month? Try aiming for just 1-2 pounds a week, definitely more doable if you make the commitment.

First of all, it ain't gonna happen - maybe if you were 305 rather than 205. But even if you "only" lose 15 lbs (which is a realistic goal for 3 months if you're just starting to diet/exercise), you'll feel an awful lot better physically and psychologically. And you'll be a full size smaller.
