This a favorite piece of motivation for me...

All your life you are told the things you cannot do.
All your life they will say you are not good enough or strong enough or talented enough.
They'll say you're the wrong height or the wrong type to play this or achieve this. THEY WILL TELL YOU NO, a thousand times no until all the no's become meaningless.
All your life they will tell you no, quite firmly and very quickly. They will tell you no.

(Nike Ad)

Since I'm usually the "they" it refers to, when I read this and take it to heart it really helps!

I liked the poem alot.
So you are on that diet too? How long have you been with it?
I started last summer, actually, and kept it going for a whole month until I summer started. You see, it's ironic how all the birthdays seem to fall during the late spring and early summer time. I dob\n't know about you, but my family is full of excellent cooks. And those who cant cook know excellent restaurants.
Eventually I caved in at my nephews birthday and ate cake and soda and pork and rice and all that stuff. After that, after being on teh diet for so long, I didn't have the will power to continue and my diet right there. I JUST started again. It took me that long to find teh motivation that I had last summer. I went on plenty of other diets between that period, but hoestly, none of them lasted fo rlonger than a week!!
In between that period, I felt so miserable. I gained back all of the weight that I had tried so hard to lose and then some. Believe me when I tell you that it is just not worth it. That little burger might seem tasty for the time being, but in the long run, It's a real detriment on maintaining will power.

Good luck and I hop you get the results you want!!! Go for it!
