strength workouts

Does anyone know,
When you are doing strength training, does it make a difference if you do it all at once or break it up?
Let's say I do 2sets of 15 reps of exercise A and then two sets of 15 reps of B and two sets of 15reps of C etc does that help more than if I do 2 sets of A, rest for 5 minutes, 2 sets of B, rest for 20 min, 2 sets of C, rest for 10 min, etc???

Does this make sense?

during strength training, I've found it to be the best to bring the muscles you want to work out to failure. This means, work the snot out of them until you cannot do them anymore.
You want to do lighter weights, and as many as you can do, reduce the weight by 5 or 10 pounds, then continue until you can't to them any more. Reduce the weight and continue until you can no longer do anymore, period! Go to the next muscle, do the same thing...
GO back to the muscle you began to work, and do it all over. Go to the nxt muscle group and repeat.
You'll hate me in the morning.
