I don't think peertrainer has one. I created one in excel pretty easily. Just in column A place your weigh in date, in column B I did a goal weight and in Column C I did actual weight.

So for example I started 2/6/06, weighing 183, since that was my starting weight my goal weight and my actual weight are the same.
Then since I have it track weekly in cell A2 I said =A1+7 and then copied that down row A. Then in cell B2 I said B1-1 and then copied that down row B (my goal was to lose 1lb per week. Then each week I just recorded my actual weight for the weigh in that morning under Actual in column C. That way I could easily see after weeks and weeks if I was ahead or behind my goal of 1lb per week.

I then under Insert selected Chart and did a Line chart for Data Range I selected the little selector box next to wear you can type and selected my data from Columns A,B & C. I just selected down far enough to wear Column B said I should be at my goal weight. I then said I wanted to make it a new sheet. So now in addition to seeing the raw data I can click on the chart whenever I want and see my Actual line falling closer and closer to my Goal line.

Ticker factory.com has all kinds of "rule sticks" and a graph you can use for a whole range of things you want to measure in your life..including weight loss.
